Miami Relocation: The First 30 Days

The first month should reduce uncertainty rather than force a permanent choice. Use temporary arrangements to test the commute, heat, parking and daily routines.

What changes the plan

01

Keep a comparison log for noise, access, commute and daily errands.

02

Use licensed professionals for property, tax, insurance and legal questions.

03

Delay large purchases until building and delivery rules are known.

Your next steps: Walkable daily routine

  1. Test the walk from the actual building entrance to groceries, exercise and a regular meal. Check crossings, shade and the route after dark.
  2. Visit on an ordinary weekday, not only during a viewing appointment. Record which daily trips still require a car.
